Will drinking milk help you lose weight?

Dairy products are sometimes linked to many issues, including bloating and weight gain.

But many weight loss research projects have shown that drinking three to four servings of dairy every day will actually help you lose weight. Many dieters who had eliminated dairy actually added it back in and started losing weight.


Milk has many other benefits. For example, milk is a great source of calcium which is great for bone health. Also, when you drink milk, you will fill up faster, leaving you eating much less.

So unless you have allergies or other issues with having dairy, you should try drinking several servings every day so that you can boost your weight loss.
