Never be hungry

My biggest problem with weight loss plans is that since I am eating less calories, I tend to get hungrier during the first few weeks of a new diet.

And, if the hunger is combined with being tired--watch out cookies, chips and junk.

The days that I do really good with limiting my calories is when I eat something small every 3-4 hours throughout the day. Just a few minutes ago I was really craving some sort of junk--I was actually thinking of where to go pick up something.

Instead I made a piece of chicken breast and added to a salad with some feta cheese. The salad was delicious and now I am filled up. So I am good for another few hours.

If you are used to eating a lot of food, you will have a hard time the first few weeks of any new diet. But rest assured if you stick with it, the results will start showing up eventaully. Just try to stick to your plan.

Losing weight the easy way

Frequently there are ads in magazines and on various websites about how you can lose weight and get fit in just minutes a day. These claims are very enticing and have probably generated thousands of dollars in sales.

The truth of the matter is that losing weight is not easy, nor is losing fat or getting fit. All of these goals require effort, a little pain and lots of time.

If you invest the time and effort now, you will eventually see results. It is easy to get frustrated with diets and exercise programs, especially ones that are difficult or constricting.

In the end you have to be motivated to stay on track. More Weight Loss Tips .
