Three steps to flat abls

Magazine covers everywhere talk about getting flat abs. There are also a whole bunch of flat ab diets out there. Everyone is focusing on getting flat abs.  All of these programs have three things in common.
1. Diet. In order to reduce your stomach, you need to eat healthy food. Avoid sugars, high fat foods. Eat more healthy foods like vegetables, fruit and low carbs. To get a flat belly, you must have a healthy diet.

2.Cardio. You must do cardio to lose belly flat. Ideally, you should do 30-60 minutes of intensive cardio 3-4 times a week, followed by two days of weight training. 

3. Work you abs. Crunches, situps and exercises that target your abs will help tone up the area
