Cut out the little stuff

If you have every kept a log of the calories that you intake, you have quickly learned that there may be a large intake of calories that you didn't realize. Little things, such as the coffee creamer, the small bites and tastes you take throughout the day add up to some serious calories.

Cutting out some of the little things can go a long way to help you lose weight.  If you want to lose one pound per week, you will need to cut out 500 calories per day. Start a food journal and find out where you can cut out calories.  It really works
