What's Your Biggest Obstacle for Weight Loss

Most people struggle with weight loss at some point in their lives.  Some people may take years to find a method or system that they can stick with and make work. Thousands of dollars are spent every year in search for a weight loss diet, plan or regimen to help with getting rid of unwanted weight.

So, what is your biggest obstacle?  Leave your comments below about what you find to be the most challenging part of losing weight.

  1. My biggest obstacle is pizza! My kids always want pizza and then I end up eating 3-4 slices even if I declare I will not eat any. It's like it is a destiny that I will eat pizza if it is available.

  2. I think you can have pizza every once in a while but one slice is enough. You really have to hold yourself from indulging in this kind of food. I know it's not easy though. I've been there.
